You have too much power when you get knocked down. If you knock someone down in mk11, you're a fool if you do more than a d1 for oki. There is no oki in mk11. Trying to meaty someone is asking to lose your turn or even get full combo punished. Character balance and general power levels - most of the cast in mk11 is just boring.
